Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates when on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and security measures.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling as needed by the Store Manager.
• Oversee stockrooms, merchandise receipt, and back-stock security.
• Assist with floor moves, pricing, and promotions.
