ONEOK is seeking a seasoned operations leader to support Louisiana pipeline assets. You will supervise field personnel and coordinate activities to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations in line with production targets and safety standards.

Lead day-to-day workflow, ensure DOT and environmental compliance, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams. Travel to field locations may be required as part of this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience in plant or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental and regulatory requirements applicable to oil & gas operations.
• Experience with SCADA and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to supervise and direct day-to-day plant operations and team activities.
• Willingness to travel to field locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and monitor performance.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of pipelines, processing equipment, compressors, and related systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule routine, preventive, and corrective work.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching, hiring input, and staffing decisions.
