Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in plant operations or field operations.
• Experience in oil & gas, midstream operations, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, monitoring performance and production activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of pipelines, processing equipment, and compressors.
• Coordinate operations to meet production, throughput and reliability targets.
• Identify and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead day-to-day workflow prioritization and execution for operators.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, guidelines, and safety requirements.
