Responsibilities

• Guide Plant Managers and associates to achieve area and regional performance goals.
• Analyze KPIs, labor plans, overtime, fulfillment, and costs to adjust strategies.
• Develop, implement, and revise SOPs; share best practices.
• Coordinate capital expenditures and project management; ensure vendor compliance.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS, and state regulations.
