Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Associates and Store operations during assigned shifts and as Manager on Duty.
• Opens and closes the Store, ensures merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Maintains safety, loss prevention, and front-end efficiency according to company standards.
• Trains and coaches staff on cash handling, checkout procedures and daily tasks.
• Executes merchandising plans, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and operational best practices.
