Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment on the sales floor.
• Supervise Associates and manage front end operations to ensure efficiency.
• Represent Ross Leadership with integrity and adherence to company policies.
• Merchandise presentation, back stock management, and loss prevention.
• Assist with administrative duties and payroll-related tasks as assigned.
