Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple stores within the region. You will direct store targets, supervise service crews, and ensure performance aligns with company standards. The role includes training, audits, and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive sales and quality.

The position requires 2–5 years in restaurants or fast food management, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, and ensuring compliance across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores.
• Monitor all outlets under the area of responsibility and ensure sales targets are met.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Perform monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluations.
• Implement and maintain local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits and sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
• Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
• Support opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
• Coordinate with Logistics for weekly supply orders, deliveries, and service maintenance.
• Coordinate with Agency partners regarding performance and issues.
• Institute safeguards on funds, assets, and company properties.
• Monitor compliance of projects with regulatory requirements.
• Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct.

• Organize and oversee the operations of several stores. Their responsibility for the overall success of the stores is by setting targets, supervising the service crew, and ensuring they are attained.
• Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
• Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
• Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
• Implement and maintain all local and marketing initiatives.
• Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
• Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
