Job summary

Ross Stores seeks an Area Supervisor to lead a specific store area and oversee operations when on duty. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while ensuring merchandise presentation meets standards.

You will also execute company processes, support safety and loss prevention, and help deliver strong front-end performance and customer service across the area.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as directed by Store Leadership.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and front-end operations to maximize store performance.
