Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of hourly associates across fulfillment center operations. The role focuses on motivating, mentoring, and managing staff to meet safety, quality, attendance and performance targets.

The position requires flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends, with a typical 4-on/3-off schedule. Training will be provided to build strong people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed by Aug 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Mentor, engage, and develop team to meet goals.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
