Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Experience or coursework in supply chain, operations, or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 50-100 hourly associates in a warehouse environment.
• Mentor, motivate and drive performance to meet goals.
• Work in a fast-paced setting with long shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, package handling, pallet jack operations, and PIT equipment as needed.
• Promote safety, quality, attendance, and high performance across the team.
