Amazon in Ohio is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will mentor, coach, and drive safety, quality, and productivity while managing shifts and staffing to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress or completed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's program (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead a team huddle and set shift goals.
• Walk the floor to stay connected with the team and fix issues.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity while balancing priorities in real time.
• Oversee deliveries and staffing adjustments as volume shifts.
• Ensure shifts are clean, safe and ready for the next team.
