Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates
• Lead for warehouse teams to meet goals and maintain safety, quality and attendance
• Ensure performance and provide development on the operations floor
• Oversee deliveries, pallet jacks and PIT equipment where applicable
• Work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts including nights and weekends
