Affordable Lock and Security Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Southern Tampa Bay team, overseeing two retail locations and field staff. You will focus on coaching, developing talent, and driving operational excellence to maximize performance and customer service.

You will recruit and mentor a 7–10-person team, conduct on-site visits, and collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and growth opportunities, while overseeing profitability and efficiency.

• Lead operations for two retail locations (Clearwater & Sarasota) and outside technicians.

• Coordinate training initiatives to enhance team skills.
