MOHR Talent is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Tampa Bay market. This QSR leadership role requires proven ability to develop General Managers, drive profitability, and manage P&Ls across several units.

You'll lead field operations, coach store leaders, and ensure exceptional service, safety, and performance. Local travel is required as you strengthen operations and drive ongoing improvement across the portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive QSR operations leadership experience.
• 2+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as a QSR District Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leader.
• Proven success managing and developing multiple Restaurant General Managers.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor costs, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to improve team performance, employee retention, and profitability.
• Strong communication, coaching, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Tampa Bay market.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Analyze P&Ls, operational KPIs, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve underperforming locations.
• Lead recruiting, employee development, retention, and succession planning.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, safety, and operational standards.
• Maintain a strong field presence, regularly visiting and supporting locations.
