Job summary

Vale Healthy Kitchen in Florida is seeking an Area Manager for the Tampa District to lead three locations and drive ambitious growth. You will coach and develop a team of General Managers, own the P&L, and shape local marketing strategies across Tampa and Gainesville.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow 25+ team members per shift.
• Solid command of P&L, COGS, labor scheduling, budgeting, and financial planning.
• ServSafe Manager's Certification or willingness to obtain before start.
• Experience leading food safety programs and culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead three Vale locations (Tampa and Gainesville) and coach General Managers.
• Own district P&L and drive sales alongside smart labor and food cost management.
• Develop local community marketing strategies to build Vale fans.
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and operational standards.
