Options Residential, Inc. is hiring an Area/Designated Manager to oversee 4 group homes, each with 4 clients, a site supervisor, and 5–10 DSP staff.

The person will train and supervise Program Supervisors and direct support professionals, review Coordinated Service and Support Plans, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations. Qualifications

• Must meet MN 245D Designated Coordinator or Designated Manager requirements.
• Education/experience options align with MN licensing and supervisory experience.
• Direct care and supervisory experience for disabilities or older adults.
• Willingness to maintain good employee relations and morale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4 group homes; 4 clients per home, site supervisor, 5–10 DSP staff.
• Train and supervise Program Supervisors and DSP staff.
• Ensure high-quality services by reviewing CSSP and related forms for compliance.
