Job summary
Options Residential, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 4–5 sites in Minnesota. You will train and supervise Program Supervisors and DSP staff, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with 245D regulations.
You will review CSSPs and related forms to support person-centered outcomes. Requirements include strong prioritization, independent decision making, and robust computer skills. Applicants must have a qualifying human services degree and supervisory experience in disability
Qualifications
- Must meet MN 245D Designated Coordinator or Designated Manager requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 4 group homes; each with 4 clients, a site supervisor, and 5-10 DSP staff.
- Train and supervise Program Supervisors and DSP staff.
- Ensure program quality by evaluating service delivery and CSSPs and other forms.
- Analyze Coordinated Service and Support Plans for individuals.
