Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attending and successfully completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity by reviewing business reports and adjusting workflows.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; ensure associates are trained on policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; assign duties and provide feedback.
• Manage QA guidelines and programs to increase efficiency and maintain inventory integrity.
