Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking an Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems (import, Regional, Returns, Sam's, WM.com) in Sutherland, VA. You will lead QA programs, supervise staff, and ensure inventory integrity across multiple functions while aligning to Walmart’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with supervisory or Walmart logistics experience.
Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
Inventory management and logistics systems knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement the business plan for area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
Monitor productivity and maintain quality and safety standards in the area.
Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns and take corrective action as needed.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders; hire, coach, and evaluate performance.
Manage QA guidelines, inventory integrity, and related system processes.
