Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
• 2 years Walmart logistics experience
• 2 years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing and/or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Manage QA guidelines, procedures and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity.
• Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation.
• Support problem resolution with ISD and vendors.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field

2 years Walmart logistics experience

2 years supervisory experience
