Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and 1 year in ops/distribution/logistics or 3 years in related Walmart roles.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA guidelines, procedures and programs to improve efficiency and inventory integrity.
• Oversee systems operations, hardware/software maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Forecast staffing/workloads and drive operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and quality/safety standards and prepare relevant reports.
• Build and coach high-performing teams and develop talent across the area.
