Qualifications

• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors across multiple departments.
• Strong ability to hire, promote and coach associates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet demands.
• Oversee QA guidelines, procedures and programs to maintain inventory integrity and compliance.
• Ensure systems and processes are maintained; manage hardware/software and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training.
