Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in logistics, training, quality, supply chain management, or related area.
• Supervising associates or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area by managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Maintains quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures and monitoring compliance.
• Manages quality assurance processes, analyzes service level data, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders, assigns duties, and provides feedback and coaching.

Education
