Millman Search Group is seeking an Area Manager for a growing family-owned restaurant company in the Pittsburgh area. The role oversees multiple fast-food locations, coaching General Managers and restaurant teams to maintain high standards and profitability.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, develops people, and drives a strong culture with frequent visits and performance reviews across locations.

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and retain strong restaurant employees and managers
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and other key performance metrics
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Improve customer satisfaction and overall guest experience
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, staffing, and efficiency
• Assist with new restaurant openings, training, and operational initiatives as needed
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and company policies
• Build strong relationships with employees and create a positive team environment
• Communicate regularly with ownership and senior leadership regarding restaurant performance and opportunities
• Lead by example and maintain a visible presence in the restaurants

Position Overview

The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple fast-food restaurant locations. This individual will work closely with General Managers and restaurant teams to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, staffing, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who knows how to develop people, hold teams accountable, and create a strong restaurant culture. You should be comfortable spending significant time in the restaurants, coaching teams, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
