Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Los Angeles is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple studios, drive revenue growth, and develop strong studio leaders while delivering an exceptional yoga experience.

You will build teams, mentor leaders, implement operational programs, manage district expenses, and partner with CPY leadership to align with company goals. This role requires proven leadership in multi-unit settings and excellent communication, with relocation to support market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit teams in fitness, service, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Lead district to achieve studio financial, operational, and student-service goals.
• Drive profitability and manage expenses across your district.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop studio leaders and CPY brand ambassadors.
• Coach teams to ensure safety protocols and high-quality programs.
• Collaborate with VP of Yoga Operations on district operations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and consistent execution across studios.
