Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple donation centers in the Atlanta area, supervising about 40 staff and ensuring daily operations across facilities and logistics are efficient and compliant.

You will train, coach, and develop employees, coordinate payroll and budgets, and perform site audits to uphold standards while traveling between locations. This is an on-site role with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple donation centers or retail sites.
• Ability to coordinate logistics, payroll, and budgets.
• Strong leadership and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple GreenDrop sites and ~40 employees daily.
• Manage facilities, logistics, and donor interactions.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure performance aligns with SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely site servicing and donations flow.
• Schedule payroll approvals and monitor budgets; supervise attendants.
• Conduct staff interviews and HR paperwork; enforce safety standards.
