Job summary

Blue Castle Agency in Memphis, TN seeks an Area Manager to lead growth across three luxury communities totaling about 800 units. You will coach on-site teams, supervise operations, and report to a Regional Vice President, splitting time across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in residential property management with strong budgeting, analytics, and leadership skills, plus frequent travel between communities. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience with on-site team leadership.
• Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders and sites.
• Proven ability to coach and develop on-site teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits across all three communities and monitor operations.
• Lead quarterly property audits and review financials and NOI forecasts across the portfolio.
• Own rent growth and pricing strategy input for the market; approve expenses and input on budgets.
• Provide training and performance management support for Community Managers.
