Socket.dev is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations of four communities, ensuring high occupancy and compliant property management across both sites. You will supervise lease administration, inspections, budgets, and financial reporting, coordinating between properties to optimize resources and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management or related field with multi-property/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all properties, ensuring maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage leases across both properties, including renewals and tenant communications.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety compliance.
• Lead and supervise property management teams across both locations.
• Utilize Yardi for tracking tenant information, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate operations between properties to maximize efficiency and profitability.
