Job summary

Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC seeks an Area Manager to oversee four communities, ensuring exceptional tenant service, proactive maintenance, and regulatory compliance across both properties. You will manage lease administration, coordinate inspections, supervise multiple property management teams, and drive budget adherence, financial reporting, and cross-property operational efficiency.

Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and experience with Yardi

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related field.
• Experience supervising multiple properties or teams.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Manage lease agreements across both properties, including renewals, terminations, and tenant communications.
• Conduct regular building inspections at both properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards.
• Lead and supervise property management teams across both locations.
• Utilize Yardi for tracking tenant information, rent collections, and financial reporting for both properties.
• Coordinate operations and best practices between the two properties to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Provide medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; PTO; 401(k); quarterly or annual bonus based on performance.
