Role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and comfort with variable temperatures and outdoor loading environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience (preferred).
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees (preferred).
• Experience with process improvements (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) (preferred).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Industry experience in retail, F&B, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production or distribution environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in a loud environment with variable temperatures.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
