Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly workers, drive safety and performance, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to implement plans that meet business goals.

The role requires managing a diverse workforce, working flexible hours (including nights and weekends), and handling physical requirements across delivery stations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in variable temperatures and noisy environments; multi-site coordination
