Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking an Area Manager II for our Oklahoma City operations. You will lead cross-functional teams of operators and technicians to ensure top-quality beer production in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes independent work, strong analytical skills, and driving process improvements to meet KPI targets.

The position offers opportunities for cross-training to enhance earnings and technical knowledge, with relocation flexibility to production facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through team engagement.
Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead process work groups consisting of operators and technicians.
Oversee development and monitoring of critical control points for quality.
Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and address gaps.
Responsible for financial performance of the area.
Oversee preventative maintenance in area of responsibility.
Ensure SOPs are followed and production plans meet schedules.
Monitor quality and safety standards.
