• Own equipment center performance and safety, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and SOP adherence.
• Use data collection and visualization tools to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Review production plans and allocate labor and equipment to meet schedule.
