Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis invites hands-on, continuous-improvement minded engineers to join our Brewery Operations team. This role focuses on leading front-line teams on a production floor, troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment, and developing as a leader and change agent.

You will tackle safety, quality, and process efficiency while partnering with maintenance and senior leadership. This is a challenging, rewarding opportunity to help deliver great beer to millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 2.8 or greater; engineering or science preferred.
• Ability to work alternating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods; work in extreme temperatures.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and collaboration in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading front-line operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Lead with humility to drive top performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage diverse teams, driving performance through teamwork and leadership in a union environment.
• Uphold safety and quality standards on the production floor.
• Apply lean methods and data analysis to improve product and process efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and development while giving tough feedback.
• Report performance to senior leadership.
