Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team of hourly associates, drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring on-time deliveries, and coordinating across three workflow components (First mile, Middle mile, Last mile) while adapting to site-specific variations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor hourly workforce to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Engage, coach, and develop team to improve performance and reduce safety incidents.
