Job summary

Stord, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a warehouse team in a high-volume facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and collaborate with cross-functional staff to meet service levels.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with WMS systems. Occasional overtime and physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Maintain quality standards across functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
