Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit's services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.

We value strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development, marketing, or sales.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
• Clinical licensure required if role is clinical.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources to grow partnerships.
• Educate partners on services and program requirements.
• Navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.
• Support compliance with healthcare laws and company policies.
• Travel as needed; in-office collaboration is essential.
