Planned Parenthood of Maryland Inc. seeks an Area Manager – Health Center Operations to oversee performance, leadership development, and service delivery across health centers in South/East Maryland, including Annapolis, Waldorf, Easton, and Telehealth.

You will supervise Health Center Managers, ensure compliant, patient-centered care, and drive financial stewardship and growth initiatives, with an 80% on-site and 20% remote cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is required (Master’s strongly preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years directly supervising healthcare leaders or multi-site ambulatory/clinic operations.
• Deep understanding of ambulatory healthcare operations, financial/budget management, regulatory compliance (OSHA, Title X, Medicaid) and quality improvement processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance and patient access across health centers in Annapolis, Waldorf, Easton, and Telehealth.
• Directly hire, onboard, manage, and develop Health Center Managers; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget variances; review monthly financial reports and support revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure full health center compliance with OSHA, Title X, Medicaid/Medicare, PPFA accreditation, and clinical quality standards.
• Promote a culture of patient-centered care and analyze patient satisfaction data to guide service recovery.
