Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Maryland Inc. seeks an Area Manager - Health Center Operations to lead performance and service delivery across health centers in Baltimore, Towson, Owings Mills, and Frederick.

You will supervise Health Center Managers, ensure patient-centered care, and drive operational, financial, and access goals. You will travel Maryland sites regularly, foster accountability, and align with OSHA, Title X, Medicaid/Medicare standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Active CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across multiple health centers in North/Central Maryland.
• Coach, hire, onboard, and develop Health Center Managers.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget variances; support billing compliance.
