Amazon seeks an Area Manager to lead 50-100 direct report Associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will mentor, motivate, and manage your team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals on a daily basis.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or current pursuit, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are part of the schedule, with a four-day work week common across sites.

Qualifications

• Must have or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willing to regularly work shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages using pallet jacks and PIT equipment.
• Lead and develop your team to meet goals.
• Drive safety, quality and productivity in real time.
