As an Area Manager, you will oversee 50-100 associates, handle shift planning, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Enrolled in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Willingness to lead and develop hourly employees in a fulfillment center.

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead on-floor operations and drive safety, quality and productivity.
• Manage shift staffing and resources as volumes vary.
• Coach team members and remove roadblocks with support teams.
• Provide clear shift handoffs and performance updates to leadership.
