You will manage shift patterns that may include nights and weekends, and you will oversee logistics tasks such as deliveries and package handling, with relocation benefits dependent on location.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates on the floor.
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the team to meet goals.
• Walk the floor to oversee operations and ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate shift patterns including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical 4-on/3-off style.
• Oversee truck deliveries, sort packages, and operate equipment as needed.
• Close shift by reviewing performance data and handing off priorities to the next shift.
