Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team of 50–100 hourly associates in fast-paced fulfillment operations. You will mentor staff, drive safety, quality and productivity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication and the ability to adapt to night, weekend, and holiday shifts across multiple Wisconsin sites. Eligible candidates must demonstrate work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Enrollment in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages; operate PIT equipment as applicable.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and navigate stairs when needed.
