Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales professional to build and manage a book of independent accounts in the Bend, OR region. You will win new business, expand current accounts, and own the end-to-end relationship with customers to maximize profitability and growth.

This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork, trust, and a results-driven culture, with a starting base salary of $85,000 plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling experience in foodservice or related field.
• Experience in outside/field sales and account development.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow independent accounts; win new business and expand existing accounts.
• Own end-to-end relationships with customers and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive orders and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to deliver on sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of pricing trends and terms to ensure competitive offers.
• Coordinate order taking, deliveries, and credit terms with internal teams.
• Support customer service activities to maximize market share and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the company.
