Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee general cleanliness of assigned location and cleaning team.
• Primary client contact for assigned account and proactive issue resolution.
• Investigate customer complaints and document action plans.
• Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
• Assign tasks and inspect completed work for standards.
• Coach and mentor staff to develop leaders.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll duties.
• Participate in regional and corporate management meetings.
