Job summary

GridHawk LLC is seeking an Area Manager to lead a field team on underground pipeline locating and related duties. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance across OTP, efficiency, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities include auditing documents, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate timesheets while supporting equipment and staff with field training and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret prints at a high level.
• Ability to teach and demonstrate proper techniques.
• Ability to resolve conflict among team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction, focus, and support to the team.
• Oversee daily scheduling of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Route tickets to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Plan daily production targets and provide help as needed.
