GridHawk LLC in Missouri is seeking an Area Manager to lead and direct a team of utility locating professionals, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

You will oversee scheduling, route optimization, field training, and compliance with client requirements and state rules, while maintaining effective stakeholder communications. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required; able to read and interpret prints.
• Must have multiple years locating and pipeline technician experience.
• 2–3 years supervising locating and pipeline technicians preferred.
• Must pass a background screening with no violations in the last 3 years; DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the team with clear direction and support.
• Oversee daily scheduling of contractors and sub-contractors.
• Route tickets for optimized efficiency and target daily production.
• Ensure compliance with client and state requirements and safety rules.
• Review documents, timesheets, and QA for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance on tasks including locating and documenting pipelines.
