Job summary

The Oregon Employment Department seeks an Area Manager to lead and coordinate employment services programs at the Medford WorkSource Office. You will drive strategic planning, monitor performance, and manage budgets and contracts with a focus on diverse client groups and partners.

Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• Three years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and strategic planning.
• Manage multiple Title IB programs and grant funding sources, budgets, expenditures and invoices.
• Coordinate with community partners and provide liaison with other agencies on OED and Title I WIOA programs.
