Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• Three years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and administer department programs, including employment services and labor market information.
• Manage multiple Title IB programs and budgets, expenditures and invoices.
• Coordinate with workforce board executive team to develop contracts for service strategies.
• Coordinate with community partners and other agencies on OED Title I WIOA programs and policies.
• Establish field office procedures and maintain federally mandated complaint system.
• Oversee data research, analysis, and processing of program information daily.
