Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) is seeking an Area Manager to lead and mentor Community Managers across assigned communities. You will build strong relationships with boards, oversee tours, and drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance and quality of service.

In this role, you will partner with the management team, supervise staff, and contribute to budget monitoring and development plans. AAM brings 36 years of industry experience and a commitment to exceptional community

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong public speaking ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and tracking skills.
Proficient with computer programs and company database systems, including MS Office, internet, and email.
Ability to supervise staff and delegate duties, while seeking new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Be the face of AAM by building relationships with community boards and holding monthly conversations with directors.
Accompany Community Managers on property tours and provide leadership and direction.
Partner with the Management Team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor budgets and participate in reviewing and turnover processes.
Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Community Managers to understand communities and address concerns.
Train and supervise Community Managers and prepare performance reviews.
